Kate Mahoney? Well what's all the hubbub?
Hello!!! I'm Kate. Proudly born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, I'm currently puttering around both the New York and Chicago areas. Although my background is in theatre, I am passionate about TV/Film work as well. I also have a love for all things puppetry. My sock puppet collection is slowly but steadily growing. Some call me quite the eager beaver! With a quirky and endearing flair, my animated tendencies make me a perfectly lovable and expressive performer.
While at LIU Post, I served as Class President for three years. Through Student Government I made my mark as the creator of the Petting Zoo Spectacular, a free petting zoo event on campus in April of 2023, 2024, and 2025. In my free time I love to collect stickers, watch animated movies, tap dance, add thrifted pieces to my colorful wardrobe, and I also have a knack for couponing.
